Hi Everyone,

Looks like I have my first tenant turnover without a Property Manager. Any thoughts on my listing before I activate it?

You guys are amazing, thanks for any input!

    @Scott Jensen

    The property looks great! I use Tenant Cloud for my rentals also and so far I really like it. The only thing I would recommend is maybe removing the picture with the trampoline. Insurance companies do not like them and may lead a future renter to feel it is ok to have one. If you are ok with them having a trampoline then leave it.

     Check with your insurance agent.
