Is this a fact that tenant has abandoned the property?

Lease is ending in a couple of days. Rent paid in full but keys has not been returned. Today I got notification from Gas Company that the service on the property has been shut off 2 days ago per tenant’s request and it’s now under my account because I have a continuous agreement as owner. I haven’t heard from tenant. She is a tricky person so I kind of understand it. Can I take this as a proof she abandoned my property and should go ahead to take possession back? Please give me advise. Thank you so much.

Winn,

The tenant has until midnight of the 30th to return the keys, don’t cause yourself trouble by going into the unit now since she has paid and given you proper notice. Try calling, texting, emailing, courier pigeon to get the keys and make sure she has truly vacated
