Myself an @Linda B. are looking for recommendations for a property manager in John Day, OR. This manager will not need to be located in John Day but will need to be approved by HUD in the past, and it would be helpful if they were active in the general area. We have had this property in escrow since January and need a qualified HUD approved manager. We are willing to pay an approval fee if someone can help navigate and be approved through the HUD system in 2 weeks or so. From what we have seen most of these managers work for nonprofit business and don't seem to have much urgency in getting this closed. We need one that does and if they make some money doing helping us out. This would be worth 1k or so we think and we believe it shouldn't take to terrible long like a day or two. If I am wrong please let me know or chime in with what you think.

If you guys have any other info on the HUD specifically the HAP program for low income seniors and folks on disability please let me know.

Linda please add anything I left out you would like to mention,
