 It is hard to find good, part time handyman unless through relationships.  I would recommend Columbus Handyman for one off projects.  They are expensive, but they have all the licensed staff to take care of any situation.  We have our own rehab crews, but if one of our rentals is having multiple issues we know we can trust Columbus Handyman to take care of all the issues.  They are very professional and good at communicating with us and our tenants.
