Frustrated with SmartMove

I have been using SmartMove and am having more and more problems... ie. cannot log in at times; even though I've had an account for a few years, sometimes the log in screen tells me my account doesn't exist;  applicants have trouble finishing the online process, etc.

What other companies have you had good success with for the credit, criminal and eviction reports?

If it does not recognize your account...it is likely because of the 2 different websites that are very similar. Mysmartmove.com versus biggerpockets.mysmartmove.com . A login for one, does not work on the other.
