Insurers for vacant or property under rehab
Can anyone recommend Insurers in the Kansas City area, for properties that are vacant, and/or under rehab? Will they also cover rentals?
Thank you.

Dave Smith I’m nowhere near Kansas City, but I use American Modern for vacant/renos. I think they are a national company.
