Post about benefit of advertising renovated vacant unit ASAP

Hello All: A while back I read a post about advice to landlords and PM's to advertise units under renovation or repairs units ASAP - like when the previous tenant gives notice or is evicted - even when renovations are planned, not completed. There was some sort of tax advantage, but dang if I can find  the article. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The search bar on this website is terrible, and doesn't make finding things easy - I literally put in the author and BARRRR and it still couldn't find what I was looking for --- I googled the same thing, and it was 2nd on the list.

This may be what you were talking about, if not, still good info.
