What to do now? Recently purchased three family owner occupied
Thanks for taking some time to read and hopefully reply,
I will be closing next week on a three family house in which one of the three units I will be living in. I'm really unsure if I should be opening a new bank account for rent/maintenance, if I should be creating an LLC or just use my current bank account.
If opening a new bank account should that be in my name and who should the tenants make the money order out to??
Thanks for any help given.
