Naples, FL Evicting a Hold-Over Tenant. Help!

Lease expired 2/28/18. In mid January the tenant hand delivered a letter to me  saying she does not want to renew the lease.  She not only hand delivered it but also signed it and had it notarized.  On March 1st, she is still occupying the house and said she has no place to go. How do I evict a Hold Over Tenant? I believe a 3 day notice is not required. Anyone out there with experience in this?
