Hi all,

Anyone have recs on good property managers/groups for out-of-state investors? 

Looking for a reliable pm who is communicative, honest and transparent. Bonus points for simple easy to understand monthly statements.

Currently own 2 duplexes in Parma/Lakewood. Will be visiting Cleveland April 20-24.
