For those of you who self-manage...
..how often do you visit your property? I mean not just for collecting rent but also seeing the inside of the house to check on the condition?
Those who have property managers, how involved are you with your property?
Thanks!

Max... I recommend that you formally inspect your properties at least once every 3 months.
It is amazing what can happen in just 90 days.
Best of luck!
