Good Day Everyone!

I am a new investor looking to buy a college rental in East Lansing, Michigan. I have analyzed several homes in the area and know the neighborhoods I am interested in. I am wondering if anyone in the BP community has invested in the East Lansing area using a real estate agent, and if so, is there an agent you would recommend working with?

Make sure you research the deal thoroughly before you buy. Last I knew, the was a moratorium on new rentals in East Lansing so if it isn't already licensed, its a no go.
