illegal Squatter - looking for eviction docs/advice

Hi BP - I am dealing with an unusual problem since the beginning of this year.  A tenant I rented to went to jail for something silly and his room-mate moved in her daughter ( squatter ). Since I am in NY and the laws are that if someone moves in and stays for more then 10 days I have to legally file an eviction to get them out. I am wondering if someone has gone through this and also if there is a 10 days sample squatter eviction letter I can serve this squatter with prior to the court date. To make matters more complicating, the squatter went ahead and filed an order of protection against my original tenant who is back out of jail but cant even go home to get his stuff out of the apartment.
