Laundry keep or have a company do it..
Ok so I have 40 unit complex with 4 laundry rooms
The equipment is aging a little and half really needs replaced. So I had a guy quote me for taking the laundry over. It’s a 60/40 split 40 to me. But he will furnish new equipment and raise prices a bit. Currently it brings in about 100-140 per week. In addition I’ll receive a bonus up front on if I go with a 1-3-5 year contract and they will purchase the old equipment ( probably not for much)
Thoughts?
