Newbie alert! Squirrel problem

Hey guys, first time having a squirrel problem. The tenant says there must be a squirrel in the attic because they had one before, found the hole and fixed it but this time they can’t locate it. Any recommendations? Are there companies that specialize in issues like this? I live in Douglasville Georgia and I’m having a hard time figuring out who to call.

The issue with older homes especially is squirrels seem to have a long memory and will chew right into wherever they went before. Most pest companies will trap them in live traps and remove but this doesnt always work. sometimes you have to use bait that sends them outside for water. A good option if you find a hole and dont know where the squrrel is in or out to use a one may door over the hole. you can buy these online for $25. Then they cant get back in. Of course some will chew around these if you dont use trex or similiar for repair and the persistant ones will chew somewhere else, you have to kill the persistent ones or you will spend a fortune and lots of trips to the property to get rid of a rat with a tail....
