i'm about the buy a deal with about 2 single room occupants in each floor. there are 3 floors in this two family house.  i thought to myself, single room tenants should be easier to evict being they are mostly single, they can rent a room elsewhere with no credit / income checks. but when i think again, how on earth did they find here in the first place, and where they are going to go next? i have no clues at all, and being this is not my market, i live in queens, and the house is somewhere in bronx,  i dont know how much i should be paying them to leave or does anybody have any recommendations to good eviction attorneys if it comes down to that.   the market rent is about 1800 for a 3 bedroom in that area, and the single room tenants are paying about 100 per week .

any thoughts? :)

@Brian Wang did I get it right you are "about to close on the deal?" if you have not yet closed, why not pass that task onto seller?  I have a deal I close on the 3rd and one of my requests was they handle any requests to tenant to vacate and so far they have.  This was however something I went into being very clear on.  I do not know how far along you are on the negotiations, but may be worth trying if you have not yet closed on the deal.
