Hello everyone! I am new to investing and looking to buy my first multi family. Any advice for a first time landlord? what are the best books I should read?

There's a lot of great info here on BP. I think you should hit up these forums & don't be afraid to ask any question that pops into your head.

The biggest thing you need to know about the rental business is the tenants must be treated differently than customers. When people who haven't been in this business enter it for the 1st time they get very confused by that fact. In this game the "customer is always right" doesn't really apply. You are more like their employer. You need to set rules & stick to them.

Feel free to tag me in any landlord related questions you have. I try to give an answer within a few days.

Good luck to you.
