Emergency Maintenance Providers In Philadelphia

Hi,

I'm a brand new landlord in Philadelphia and was hoping to find a good 24/7 emergency maintenance provider/handyman. We just signed our first tenant and are very excited.

Any referrals or guidance would be greatly appreciated as we try to get all our ducks in a row on this new adventure.

Grady

I am looking for a good property maintenance team in South Philadelphia, I currently use a company for the last 10 years that has become to unreliable for me. One thing in business is you do not want is a single source supplier. Having two options or more is key.  This thread seems slow, hopefully someone has recommendations.

Thanks,

 Chris
