Child Support + Wages as Income

Would you consider child support as part as someone's income if proper documentation is provided? An applicant is listing quite a large sum of child support, but along with this she is also working full time. Her total income from both makes her look good financially, but I'm not sure if that's a reliable source of income. Thoughts?
