Collection agency recommendation

I know there is a lot of prevailing sentiment that trying to get money owed is like tilting at windmills.  And I am not about to put forth much of my time trying to do it... but I am also not good at saying "so long 3k!" or whatever it is.  So I would like to be able to fire the limp collection agency rocket and hope it does something.

That said...  Anyone have an agency they've used that they like?
