Hello Bp,

I'm wondering if there are any investors on the forums that operate in and around Lake Toxaway, North Carolina. I'm looking at a potential rental out there and i'm wondering how the market is. i notice there inst many available rentals so i'm wondering if that is a good or bad thing.. I can go in greater detail if you'd like.
