Are the forms and screening tools on Biggerpockets good

Hey There 

I just bought a Dupex and I was wondering where to go to get all my forms I will need to start the rental process?  I was wondering if the forms found on Biggerpockets are legally binding?  Also wondering if all the forms I will need can be found on Biggerpockets?

also wondering if anyone has used the screening tool for new tenants provided by biggerpockets
