I just bought a Dupex and I was wondering where to go to get all my forms I will need to start the rental process?  I was wondering if the forms found on Biggerpockets are legally binding?  Also wondering if all the forms I will need can be found on Biggerpockets?

also wondering if anyone has used the screening tool for new tenants provided by biggerpockets

What is house hacking?  It's also not my primary residence that's the problem.  I have a house already?  

I should have said I'm looking into plexes but I keep hearing I need 25 percent down and I can't come up with that kind of money I also don't get why a plex is 25 percent down and a single family home is 15 percent? Anyway any help would be much appreciated Cory

I owned rentals before and of course sold them at the wrong time 5 years ago. Now I want back in but can't come up with that kind of money. Would love to hear some ideas or join a local group here in Portland to talk over such things. Looking to buy on the East side Gresham, Sandy, Fairview area. Any help would be great Thanks Cory

I have owned a duplex and a single family home however we sold them to build our dream home.  I learned a lot along the way but I want to learn more and get back into the rental game. I am interested in duplexes single family homes.  I am even interested in a flip.  The biggest change from when I had rental property in the past is the 20 percent down to get into the properties I am anxious to get in but need to keep saving the 20 percent.  Wondering if there is away around this deal?

I love real estate and just want to get the first property under my belt.  I had some bad experiences the first time around but I learned a ton.  I'm ready for round 2.
