Good property management company in Philly

I've had a duplex in Frankford for about a year and a half now.  I didn't mind managing it when I first got it , as I had more free time, but things have been getting busy for me in my personal life, and I can now justify paying the 10% to have someone else do the day to day managing of the property.  Can anyone recommend a good company in the area?  Thank you!
