I know I can get a fabulous ROI and increase the value of the property by rehabbing it but I will need to find a contractor and an inspector to help me out since I can't physically see the property.
Since I'm new, I'll like to ask what are the ways I can find inspectors that can find problems with the property? Where do I look for finding licensed contractors to rehab the house?
Most Realtors have a Rolodex of Inspectors & Contractors they can refer you to. I recommend identifying a target market then reaching out to individuals operating there. The entire state of Texas & or the entire state of Ohio is of course a pool that is to big to ask someone for a logical referral. On top of that you can check out Google & Craigslist.
