Finding Contractors to Rehab Houses
Hello,
I'm recently looking into real estate markets out of my state. I live in Massachusetts and I don't want to invest where I live since the ROI on the properties are absolute trash and the laws are "pro-tenant" here.
I'm finding a ton of great deals in states like Texas and Ohio. There are some houses that are being sold thousands of dollars below market value since they are in need of repair.
I know I can get a fabulous ROI and increase the value of the property by rehabbing it but I will need to find a contractor and an inspector to help me out since I can't physically see the property.
Since I'm new, I'll like to ask what are the ways I can find inspectors that can find problems with the property? Where do I look for finding licensed contractors to rehab the house?
