Rent to an LLC Tenant?

Hi all, I have a potential tenant which is a company looking to place their employees in a home for a fixed period while they work on a contract in the area for a couple years. The occupants will be a family. I am having a representative from the company sign the lease and all the occupants sign the lease as well. Anyone see any issues with this? If the company stops making payments I can still evict the occupants because they're on the lease. Any thing in particular I should request from them? Any one have experience here? Any advice is appreciated!! Thanks Peter

Thanks for the fast response! The only upside is I have spoken with their past property managers for the past few years and they said this company always pays on time and the family takes care of the property really well. It's also a multi million dollar company that gets a lot of federal contracts that last for several years in one area and then move on.

I see what you're saying though which is why I am hesitant and being cautious. Hence this post.
