Cabinet advice for my rental!
Hey guys this is my first post on BP. I have been listening to the podcast long enough to know I need some advice. I live in Greenville SC and I bought a 1967 3b2b single family home ranch in 2011 it has safe neighborhoods, good schools district, and is in a really good central location. When I finish the rehab on this house i will be renting it out and moving into another house across town.
Do to uneven floors in my kitchen, i removed the subfloor, replaced a bad floor joist, and added a support beam. My question is do i reinstall the old custom cabinets or take advantage of the gutted kitchen, install new cabinets with a better layout.
What would you do and why, and what is your experience?

If the goal is to sell it for highest price and as quickly as possible and my budget allows, I would replace with a new trendy kitchen
