How to remove (pack rat) tenant with a lease?

I have a tenant (California) whom I asked to clear up the garage (he's a pack rat) and to remove his boat.  It was not done.  I have sent him reminders/certified letters regarding these items but he has not cleared up the garage or removed his boat.  How do I get rid of him in the middle of a lease?    Do I have to hire a lawyer to get this done?

Look at the lease and see if he is in violation of the any of the provisions.  My lease clearly states no boats, RV or Campers to be parked on property.  Pack rat- that can be a hazard in many ways which your lease should also cover.  Give notice of what parts of the lease he is in violation of to either correct or vacate, then go through steps of eviction if it is not done.

In Texas, a lawyer would not be needed, I do not know CA law.
