10 Days to Closing - Unable to Get in Property

Hi all, I am 10 days away from closing on my 4-family property, however, I'm unable to actually get into the property to get quotes on the renovations. There are 2 units that will be delivered vacant and I have a small list of renovations I would like to get done ASAP. The listing agent is not answering my agent and the seller is seemingly always "away" or "out of town". Per the P&S Agreement, one of them (seller or realtor) needs to be in attendance for me to be on the property. What else can I do? Is it not a huge deal to get quotes after/on closing instead of before?

I'd be more concerned that your getting the copies of the leases, addendum's, rent roll, security deposits paperwork correct so it's set for closing. Assumption & Assignment of leases.  Inform closing agent in writing, you require a walk-thru at least 3 days prior to closing. and common areas day of closing.  Some things should have been in your purchase agreement, but your agent should have known and your closer should require most of the above. I could see no issue in having a contractor be along to give bids on the vacant units but time is money and to arrange appointments for bids like this is time consuming on everyone's part.. hopefully they'll cooperate, but for sure get the final walk thru scheduled.
