First Triplex in Glendale, AZ, what are the best books/resources

Hey Guys,

Me and my business partner just bought a triplex from a family friend in Glendale, AZ. We are both new to the game, and while I have a mentor who is helping me walk through the process, I wanted to reach out to BP to find out the best places to go for more information on good tactics as a landlord? Specifically, good books or communities of investors working in the Glendale, AZ area?

We are inheriting tenants who have been good in the past, and all have year long leases so I know there are benefits and problems with this.
