Hello all! I am looking for advice on the best ways to get an affordable lease from an attorney for a rental property. All feedback is welcome. I've listened to some podcasts, been a renter myself, and read a little and I am want to be proactive so I can pay a reasonable amount for a legally drafted lease. Should I concern myself with brining a draft lease? Any major things to consider? these is for a rental property in east Orlando, 32826. Thank you all!
