What is the ideal Vacancy rate for Yukon, Bethany? Where can I find this data? I am using 5% but I am not sure.  Also, how can I ensure the price that I am using for my Rental property is correct?   Is there any website that I can get an accurate data? I am using rentometer, Any suggestion will be very much appreciated.

@Eve Oliver using a vacancy rate of 8% is a safe bet.  That equates to 1 month vacancy for a year's lease.  If your rent is priced correctly and you are marketing the property well, you shouldn't have problems in these areas.
