Reccomendations for Phoenix Property Manager

Hello BP, I am looking for recommendations for a multi-family property manager. Property in question is six units in the 85008 (phoenix) zip code. Key points are low tenant turnover, doesn't rack up profit by "finding" a bunch of maintenance issues, and keeps their fees to 7-10% of gross rent. Looking in the forums it seems Jason Geroux, Anne McCawley, and @Dick Rosen are among those recommended.
