Currently listening to the guy who owns the house across the street from me empty the garage of all the crap the past (totally unscreened and total trash) tenants left behind when they ditched their lease 4 months early. Also feeling 0% bad for him because I had to live across from them for almost 2 years.

Landlord is losing at least 2 months rent from this, plus disposal fees, cleanup costs and repairs because tenant's pets used the laminate flooring as a toilet.

I know it's completely wrong to feel this way, but living across from those people was awful.

Attention landlords: Screen Your Tenants. A 400 credit score? Just say no.
