My tenant is about to move out. What is the best way to return security deposit? By certified mail or electronic? They will be oversea for a few weeks right after moving out.

@Quynh-Chi Nguyen pull up your landlord tenant laws for your state, and this will explain how and how soon you must return or make a claim against a security deposit
