Terminating lease so we can move in
Hi everyone,
We need a place to stay in for a year and we are thinking of terminating the lease early on our tenants and move into our rental place. Is it legal to do so?

First download your state landlord tenant laws.. next look at your lease does it have any clause that would permit early termination..
If your lease doesn't permit early termination, then you negotiate,, you offer tenants money to release them from the lease, who knows could work out great maybe they are thinking of moving out anyway,,, you won't know until you check, but be prepared to pay for what you want.
