Month-to-month lease agreement

Hi there,

I need to get my tenants under a month-to-month lease.  I reached out to my attorney but the form they sent is way too verbose and long.

Is there a simple customizable month-a-month lease you've worked with that you can recommend?  Not sure if it matters, but the tenants are in CT.

Thanks!
Robert.

There is no such thing as a lease that is too verbose or long. Tenants will assume and abuse every possible article in a lease unless every single conceivable issue is spelled out in detail.

As a landlord you can never assume a tenant will follow a lease with a reasonably logical approach.
