Applicant had a foreclosure
Someone came by to look at my house today after seeing the yard sign. They seemed nice, but told me that although they had the income to rent from me, they had lost a house to foreclosure recently. Would you automatically pass on this applicant?

My pool of renters are almost all in that situation. I would not pass on them, they were honest with you upfront about it. I would still accept their application and perform your due diligence.
