Hi, I would like to connect with a mentor in the Maryland, D.C., and/or Northern VA area. I'm looking to work for free doing what-ever you ask for two hours on Saturday and Sunday. I communicate well both written and verbal, I'm good with numbers, I'm proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, lastly I'm strong and not afraid of hard work. I am a veteran, served in the US Army. Currently I'm a full time auditor. I currently have 60k cash that I'm looking to invest and I have a credit score of 730. My wife and I both will be included in any property we purchase, we move as one unit. currently we gross 180k a year and that will increase by about 20-30k next year. We save about 5000-5300 per month, and we're looking to purchase our first property March of 2018. In exchange for my four hours each week, I ask that you give me one hour of your time. This time will be spent on the following. • Helping analyze deals; • Educating me on deal flow; • Advice on manage tenants; • Showing the secrets to walking and evaluating properties; • Help me to build my knowledge and understanding of lending; and • And whatever else you deem as helpful in the business. I hope someone will take me on. I'm only looking for serious, seasoned successful investors. Preferably in the residential space. Thanks, Maurice

Hi Maurace. You are welcome to contact me.

I would however like to know how you decided to go with residential?

What motivates you and your wife?

Your basic experience?

Are you more hands on practical or briefcase orientated?
