I have lots of inquiries for my SFH in the first day of listing (~20), can i have the renters "bid" on the rent they'd pay for the property? (Assuming yet all meet income/credit requirements) I just want to be fair/legal to everyone.

I'd worry less about getting higher rent and more about selecting the most qualified of the interested applicants.
