Hello,

I am a 23 y.o. who recently purchased a 3 family (almost a year ago) in MA. I live in one apartment and the other two are rented out. I am looking for some help in regards to financial management organization and just general property management organization. Whether it be Excel sheets, an app, or computer software. Any advice would be great, just looking to be more organized in the process of home owning.

I've been using Quicken for 20 years. Super easy to use, you can print checks from it, download credit card statements, and create expense categories that are direct to the Schedule E fields. Never pay cash for anything and you've got every dime accounted for.
