Westinghouse boiler experience

We are deciding on 3 new boilers with instant hot water for our 3 family. Does anyone have experience with Westinghouse boilers from Home Depot?  The 3 specific ones we are considering:

$2328 and $1500 rebate = $828

$2399.99 with $1000 rebate = $1399.99

$2899 with $1500 rebate = $1399

We are leaning towards the 3rd one for more BTUs and more gpm for hot water. Apartments are 1050sf, 1050sf, and 850sf.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide
