Evicting a tennant in NC

I am a looking a buying a 4plex in a more distressed neighborhood that is currently fully occupied. My partner and I are both local so would like to manage the property ourselves. Since this is a lower class property I want to be prepared for the possibility of having to evict a tenant somewhere down the line. Does anyone have experience with evicting tenants or the eviction process in NC?
