Seeking KSMO property management

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a good property management company in the Kansas City, MO area as a foundation for my rental property investment in that area. I realize that a good property management company is a major key to rental property investment success. When I say a good property management company, I mean one that will respond in a timely manner, be transparent and honest, and not nickel and dime you for repairs as starters.  Does this exist? Is anyone using a property management company in this area that has the aforementioned character attributes? Or am I looking for a unicorn in a fairy tale? I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
