Refinance Rental Property Under my Personal Name from LLC

Good Afternoon BiggerPockets Family,

I have a few questions in regards to refinancing my rental property, I currently have under my LLC.

1. Can I refinance my property which is currently under my LLC to my personal name.

2. Does most investment loans require an ARMS Loan? If so what is the typical arms length before it adjust?
