@George Taylor

Thanks for the feedback!! Can you make sure I understand this right,

the 5 year term is considered a balloon correct? and the 1 point fee is due at closing for the loan amount?

Hello BP,

Can you advise me is this considered a good deal to refinance my rental property? I'm currently on a 12 month Hardmoney rehab loan looking to refinance out of the high interest rate. I was offered below:

Around 5% with a 20 or 25 year amortization, a 5 year term and a 1 point fee

Thank you @Stephanie P. @Travis Lemley

I appreciate you guys input on this topic. So it sounds like if I get a loan in between 4% and 6.5% in todays investment market for a refinance loan using my LLC, It will be a fair deal?

@Fabio Salas @Paul Defngin l  I appreciate all of you guys input, you do not know how you just saved my wife and I on making a bad investment move. Unfortunately it's still people out there who will try and take advantage of people who are trying to make a better life for their family. We appreciate all of the information you have given us.

Anyone else who wants to give us some advice for this situation please DO NOT HESITATE....
