Tenant set fire to apartment.

I recently purchased 8 units on the same property in WV. I inherited a tenant. She does not have a lease. She has been paying her rent monthly. Well today my wife happened to be working in the area where the apartments are located. The tenant was walking around trying to open doors on other units , and trying to open vehicle doors to neighboring businesses. She clearly was not in her right mind. Long story short the tenant ends up setting a blanket on fire on a banister inside the apartment. She is at a mental health facility right now. Now my question is what do I do legally to evict her? She didn't have a lease. The fire only did a few hundred dollars damage. Will their be an issue with the eviction in regards to her mental health? Any help for this newbie would be appreciated. My first 6 months in real estate has been a wild ride.

Was fire dept called. Get copy of report. Was police called get copy of report.

Take photo's of damage, get estimates for repair,

Charge her for the damages, give her mutual lease termination.

Get family involved and try and gently get her relocated off your property.

Case worker at mental health facility may be able to help
