How to handle final utility bill?

I have tenants moving out at the end of May, and a new group moving in beginning in June. The final utility bills for the tenants moving out probably won't be available until the middle of June. Will the utilities send the final bills to a forwarding address that the tenants give them when they take their names off of the utilities? Or, will the final bill come to me as the owner - I have revert to owner set up with all of them. If I get the final bills, do I bill the tenants or simply take it out of the security deposit? Would like to give them a heads up if I need to. Thanks.

@Deanna McCormick is right if the utility bill is not in your name you can't take anything from there SD. It's their bill it will follow them or the utility company will send it to collections.
