Orlando: carpet, laminate or vynil?

I'm doing cosmetics in a townhouse to rent in Orlando 32792. Carpet (stairs and 2nd floor, ~500 sqft) is pretty beaten up and although may survive 1-2 tenants may no be worth the expense to deep clean it.

Would you recommend carpet, laminate or vinyl plank in our market? Car

Can anybody comment on what tenants like to rent

I agree I like tile for some areas of the house. I would see what is under the carpet in the stairs, sometimes there is nice wood underneath that can just be stained,.
