For me, the whole time I've been doing First APP to be safe so no one complains.....

But from what I understand Best App is acceptable as well....?

Are all landlords doing best app?....

Hope I haven't been missing out....

This would be good for you to review.

If the first tenant meets your criteria,, then your lucky.. but it's not uncommon to postpone a decision for a few days,if you have multiple people applying, and then run the top most qualified of the bunch first.. if you don't run the other ones you return the processing fee. But not till the best applicant has given you a deposit and you have signed lease..
